Order Issues
Check what arrived against your order, then WhatsApp us on 0714 847183 straight away with your order number and a photo of what you received. We check it against what was packed and sort it out with you.
Contact us straight away with photos and your order number. Within 7 days of delivery, we replace a faulty item once our technician has confirmed the fault. After 7 days, faults are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and we handle the claim for you. See the returns and exchange policy.
At checkout you can pay by direct bank transfer, cheque, or cash on delivery.
Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Kenya, with same-day delivery within Nairobi. We also deliver to Tanzania, Kampala in Uganda, and Juba in South Sudan. For these, WhatsApp us on 0714 847183 with your location for the delivery fee and timing.
The delivery fee depends on your location in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda or South Sudan. We confirm it with you before your order is sent.
Check its status on the order tracking page. If it is late, WhatsApp us on 0714 847183 with your order number and we will follow it up.
Yes. Enter your order number and billing email on the order tracking page.
Returns & Refunds
7 days from the day you receive it. It must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals, and you need your receipt, invoice or order number. Return delivery is paid by the customer.
No. Approved returns are exchanged for another item or given as store credit. We do not refund in cash, M-Pesa or to a card.
Yes, if it is within 7 days, unused, not installed and in its original packaging. If the replacement costs more, you pay the difference.
Unless faulty: cut-to-length items such as cable, fence wire and razor wire; anything installed or wired up; special orders; and activated software, licences or devices registered to your account or SIM.
Bring it to our shop with your proof of purchase. We check it and handle the manufacturer warranty claim for you. Warranty does not cover lightning or power surge damage, incorrect installation, water or physical damage. Full details are in the returns and exchange policy.
Electric Fences & Installation
Yes. We supply and install electric fences for homes, businesses and farms across Kenya. See electric fence supply and installation. For farm fences we price installation after a site visit, free in Nairobi and nearby counties, with an itemised written quote within 24 hours.
