Sherlotronics Code-Hopping Remote Buttons 1 × KSh 2,500.00
Subtotal: KSh 2,500.00
KSh 7,000.00
100m photoelectric beam sensor for compatible alarm, automatic-gate and garage-door systems.
The current price is KSh 7,000. This photoelectric beam detector uses aligned transmitter and receiver units to monitor a clear path of up to 100 metres.
A transmitter sends an infrared beam to a receiver. When an object interrupts the beam, the receiver changes its alarm output.
The listed maximum range is 100 metres. Weather, alignment, mounting stability and obstructions affect dependable performance.
The detector can connect to a compatible alarm zone for perimeter, driveway, corridor or boundary-crossing detection.
When supported by the gate controller, a beam can detect an obstruction and help prevent the gate from closing into a vehicle or person.
The sensor may also connect to compatible garage-door controls as a safety or presence input. Confirm the required relay logic.
Install both units at matching heights with a clear line of sight. Precise alignment is essential across longer distances.
Use rigid mounts and weather-protected cabling. Keep vegetation, parked vehicles and routine movement out of the beam path.
Secure the units against movement and test in rain, wind and changing light. Adjust response settings only within the manufacturer’s guidance.
For doors, corridors and short boundaries up to 15m, the infrared beam detector costs less. For automatic gate safety, see the Centurion gate infrared beam sensors.
Confirm power voltage, relay contact type and input requirements before connecting the beam to any controller.
Connect the beam to an alarm panel such as the Risco LightSYS with an alarm siren kit. The Sherlotronics timer module can bypass the beam at set times.
Buy the 100m photoelectric beam sensor from Patsec Security Store at Accra Road, White Angle House, first floor, shop 76, Nairobi. Provide the distance and controller model for a compatibility check.
