Dual Port Face Plate for Data and Voice Outlets
This dual port face plate brings two connection points together in one tidy wall outlet. It holds two keystone jacks (RJ45 Cat5e/Cat6, RJ11 telephone, or a mix of both), making it ideal where you need a data point and a phone line side by side, a computer and an IP phone, or two network drops at a single workstation.
The D-Link NFP-0WHI21 is made from durable white ABS, with built-in shutters that keep dust out of each jack when nothing is plugged in. Its clean white finish blends with most interior walls. The plate fits standard 86×86mm wall boxes (back boxes), and the included mounting screws make installation quick and secure. A transparent ID window lets you label each port for easy identification during maintenance and troubleshooting.

How to Install a Dual Port Face Plate
- Terminate each cable on a Cat6 keystone jack using a Krone punch down tool, following T568A or T568B.
- Snap both keystone jacks into the face plate ports from the back.
- Fix the face plate to the 86×86mm back box with the supplied screws.
- Label each port, for example “Data” and “Voice”.
