Description
Super Strainer Insulator Price in Kenya
Super strainer insulators are currently KSh 30 per piece (excluding VAT), sold in packets of 50 or 100.
What Is a Super Strainer?
A super strainer insulator anchors the end of each live wire and takes its tension, stopping the wire moving while keeping it insulated from the post. Holding the correct tension is what keeps a fence effective — slack wires touch each other, the wall or vegetation and drain the voltage.
Features
- Takes the tension of fence wires to eliminate movement
- Prevents strain on the post
- Adds strength and helps keep wire tight
- Made from UV-resistant polyethylene for long life
- Easy-handling design
- Suitable for fences with light stock pressure and semi-permanent setups
- Packets of 50 or 100 pieces
How Many Do You Need?
One per live wire at every end, corner and strain point. On free-standing fences, super strainers are fitted at each corner and end post. Our electric fence cost calculator includes them in the materials list. For heavy-strain fences, see the JVA strainer insulators.
