Description
Nemtek Lightning Diverter Price in Kenya
The current price of the Nemtek Lightning Inhibitor and Diverter is KSh 4,000 (excluding VAT).
What Does It Do?
Lightning striking an electric fence travels along the wire to the energizer and can destroy it. This Nemtek unit combines two protections: an inhibitor that blocks the surge from reaching the energizer, and a diverter that sends it into the earth spikes instead.
Features
- Built-in lightning inhibitor stops lightning reaching the energizer
- Diverts lightning into the earth spikes
- UV-stabilised external cover
- Stainless steel components for outdoor use
Installation
Fit the unit between the fence and the energizer’s fence terminal, and connect it to its own earth spikes placed several metres from the energizer earth. Use earth pegs in moist ground for best results. For mains-side surges, add a surge protector on the energizer’s power supply.
