This angled magnetic door contact is a two-piece sensor fitted to a door or window frame. When the door opens, the magnet moves away from the switch and the circuit breaks, which triggers the connected alarm panel or intruder alarm. The angled body suits frames where a flat surface contact cannot sit square, and it works with standard wired alarm systems.
