Garret Super Scanner Hand-Held Metal Detector detects medium sized pistol, large knife, box cutters, handcuff keys, razor blades, rifle cartridges, foils and jewelry. it is therefore ideal for offices, transport network and events. Detects medium sized pistol from 9” distance; large knife from 6”; razor blades and box cutters from 3” distance; foil-wrapped drugs and tiny jewelry from 1”. Therefore it can be used as either a primary screening tool or in secondary screening to pinpoint targets detected by a walk-through metal detector.
