The current price of the Sparkx Electric Fence Energizer with GSM and Wi-Fi is KSh 24,000 (excluding VAT). It is a smart security energizer for homes and businesses that want phone control of their fence without a separate GSM module.

The Sparkx powers a perimeter electric fence and connects to your phone two ways: over Wi-Fi when the property has internet, and over GSM using a SIM card when it does not. From the app you can switch the fence on and off, check its status and receive alerts. A backup battery keeps the fence running through power outages.

Wi-Fi alone stops working when the router or internet goes down — often during the same power cut that matters most. GSM gives a second route to your phone, so you still receive alerts and can control the fence. The programmable schedule is useful for homes where the fence is switched off during the day for gardeners or deliveries and armed again at night.

The Sparkx is designed for residential and commercial perimeter security — wall-top fences on homes, apartments, schools and business premises. For long farm or wildlife fences, a high-output energizer such as the JVA MB8 is more suitable. Compare it with the JVA QT13 (Wi-Fi with a built-in alarm panel) and the Lanstar solar smart energizer.

Fit a cut-out switch, a lightning arrestor and a good earth system, and mount the unit where it gets GSM signal or Wi-Fi coverage. Our electric fence cost calculator estimates the wire, posts and insulators for your perimeter.

Buy the Sparkx GSM and Wi-Fi energizer from Patsec Security Store at Accra Road, White Angle House, first floor, shop 76, Nairobi.
