The current price is KSh 30,000. The VR10 is a vehicle and pedestrian detection radar designed for compatible boom-barrier safety and opening control.

The VR10 monitors the area around a barrier lane and sends detection information to a compatible barrier controller.

The sensor is designed to detect vehicles, pedestrians and smaller objects within its configured field, helping reduce barrier-arm collisions.

When a compatible barrier controller receives an occupied-lane signal, it can hold the boom arm open until the detection area is clear.

The listed working radius is adjustable from 1 to 6 metres. An installer should set the range for the lane width and exclude nearby traffic or fixed objects.

The VR10 communicates with compatible equipment through RS485. Correct terminals, addressing, cable type and grounding are required.

The BG1000 is the recommended barrier in the existing product information. Confirm compatibility with the exact barrier mainboard before ordering.

The listed IP67 rating protects the enclosure from dust and temporary water immersion when correctly installed and sealed.

The VR10 detects above ground without cutting a loop into the road. Site layout, traffic type and barrier controller determine which detection method is suitable.

Mounting angle, height and range settings affect coverage. Commission the sensor using representative vehicles and pedestrian movement.

The listing states that compatible updates can be managed through ZKBioSecurity. Confirm software access, version support and network requirements separately.

Buy the ZKTeco VR10 vehicle radar sensor from Patsec Security Store at Accra Road, White Angle House, first floor, shop 76, Nairobi. Provide the barrier model and lane dimensions for a compatibility check.
